Second Opinion -Floor Plan Review & Zoom Consultation

I highly recommend having a professional, other than your full time designer and architect, do a quick look over your floor plans, prior to your final edits.  Having someone come in with a second set of eyes to compare the as built to the new projected plan will give you insight that is invaluable.  This is not in lieu of an architect or designer, but another unbiased opinion to virtually walk through the space to troubleshoot any potential misses or suggest additions or changes.  It is not uncommon to find lights or light switch placement misses, traffic flow issues, door swings or a million other minute but very important details that might easily be overlooked by someone too close to the project.  It happens all the time, and I promise, those change orders add up quickly.  

I love looking over plans to pin point things for you to second think, or consider, helping you save money changing things after the fact. 

I like to get a pdf of the plan to look over prior to our zoom call and a list of any questions you might want to address. I'll prepare all suggestions and edits prior to the call. Then, during the call, I'll point out any potential problems I've discovered that might be overlooked.   The zoom will take approximately 30-50 minutes.
